Supreme Court Justice Breyer to Retire at the End of Term


Supreme Court Judge Stephen Breyer will be retiring at the conclusion of his term. Considered part of the court’s liberal wing, the 83-year-old justice was appointed by former President Bill Clinton in 1994. CBS News’ senior White House correspondent Ed O’Keefe is joining “Red and Blue”, to discuss his retirement and the possibility of filling the vacant seat.
