Official from University speaks out about the Texas student-athlete crash that killed

Several people were killed when a bus full of student-athletes of the University of the Southwest collided with a truck in Odessa Texas. Ryan Tipton is the vice president for academic affairs and provost of the University. He spoke to CBS News about the response from the school community.
