Department of Justice reviews decision to not prosecute FBI agents involved in the Nassar Case


The Justice Department has been reviewing the decision to not prosecute two ex-FBI agents who were involved in an investigation into allegations of sex abuse against Larry Nassar, former USA Gymnastics Doctor. Although the FBI was first informed about the accusations against Larry Nassar in 2015,, due to several lapses in the way the investigation was handled, Nassar wasn’t arrested until 2016..
